Description:

PTFE products includes sheets, rods, tubes, tapes and gaskets, etc.They are molded, skived or cut from 100% virgin PTFE.

It has the best chemical corrosion resistance among known plastics, without being aging, lowest friction coefficient.

Temperature range: - 240°C up to +260°C, for short periods up to +310°C

it is made of 100% PTFE by special process. A unique process converts PTFE to a micro-porous fibrous structure,resulting a sealant with an unsurpassed combination of mechanical and chemical properties.It has excellent flexibility, excellent adaptability and molding ability. It also has high tensile strength, creep resistance, high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, cold resistance and anti-aging.

Technical data:

Chemical resistance: resistant against all chemicals from pH 0-14 

Pressure Limit: 20Mpa (or 2900 psi; or 200kgf/cm2)

Density: 0.75 g/cm³, +/- 0.1g/cm³ (for rectangular cross-sections only)

Elongation: 20%

Matrix Tensile Strength: 30Mpa 

Creep Relaxation (ASTM F38): 51% 

Sealablity(ASTM F 37A): 0.18 ml/hr 

Colour: white

Application: suitable for high sealing and high corrosion environments such as biopharmaceutical, food, chemical, oil refining, military, shipping, aerospace and machinery. Heat exchanger, FRP, compression frame flange, steam vessel flange, liquid and gas system, water system, ventilation fan frame and other construction sites. It has high durability, weather resistance and safety. It is used for industrial leakage seal.
